In 1962, FIBRO launched the world's first indexing table with face gear for the international market: the FIBROTAKT. It was developed for high-precision indexing and is able to withstand high machining loads. A locking mechanism in the FIBROTAKT's face gear ensures high precision and rigidity over the long term. A range of designs and drive types makes it possible to find the perfect solution for any application. The FIBROTAKT built-in indexing table for rotary transfer machines combines the shortest possible cycle times – even with heavy setups – with maximum precision and rigidity.

FIBROTAKT® MONTAJE
Mesas Divisoras

Esta línea de mesas es en su principio básico igual a las clásicas FIBROTAKT, pero de una ingeniería y construcción más evolucionada. Su principal aplicación es la de ser las mesas divisoras centrales de las máquinas transfer circulares. El enclavamiento del ciclo de división se efectúa igualmente por coronas de dentado frontal y sin elevación del plato.

Las excepcionales características constructivas proporcionan al usuario infinidad de ventajas:

Gracias a la forma circular del cuerpo y al mecanismo de accionamiento inferior, el contorno de la mesa queda libre de estorbos, lo cual facilita el montaje en la bancada de la máquina.
Gran rigidez de enclavamiento gracias al máximo diámetro de las coronas de dentado frontal.
Alta precisión de división hasta 1" arcosegundo.

DRIVE TYPES

PNEUMATIC DRIVE

Used in the case of small and medium transportation loads, short indexing times and a high indexing frequency

HYDRAULIC DRIVE

Used in the case of high transportation loads, short indexing times and a high indexing frequency

ELECTRIC DRIVE

Used in applications that require shortest indexing times, and small or random indexing steps. Here, each index position can be adjusted in any order within the number of teeth.

LIFTING/NON-LIFTING TABLE TOP

LIFTING TABLE TOP

During positioning, the table top lifts approx. 3 to 4 mm from the housing.
Simple, rigid design and maximum precision

NON-LIFTING TABLE TOP

During positioning, the table top lifts only minimally, less than 0.1 mm, from the housing.
Used when large masses must be moved or there is not sufficient space available for the lifting stroke.
