6 WPM 2.1 INDUSTRY 4.0 – AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL Just as the predecessor, the WPM 2.1 offers wireless monitoring of the pressure and temperature of your installed FIBRO gas springs. Sensors in the tool collect the data and forward it wireless, and a specially developed software analyzes it and initiates corresponding measures. However, the further developed Variant 2.1 offers some features that bring your production a major step forward toward Industry 4.0: The Cloud-based solution makes it possible to monitor multiple tools at the same time – including across sites and departments. 8 INNOVATION TRANSPORTER ELECTRICAL The electric drive transporter conveys the punched and waste parts out of the tooling area with a rhythmic movement in a straight line. The electric transporter simplifies automation, increases energy efficiency and reduces noise pollution. The speed can be adjusted mechanically and, depending on the task type, the transporter conveys, sorts or separates electrically. Used predominantly in metal processing and the automotive industry. The new BLACK LINE ULTRA electric transporter model is designed for a max. conveyor weight of 100 kg and a max. gutter weight of 50 kg. A potential-free output (signal cable connection) was also implemented in the associated control unit, which reduces the influence of interference signals by galvanically separating the operating and control current. 10 FURTHER INFORMATION AT FURTHER INFORMATION AT INNOVATION RECIRCULATING BALL BUSHES In addition to ball guides, roll feeds and Million Guide units, FIBRO recirculating ball bushes are an excellent alternative for long paths with moderate loads. Recirculating ball bush (2061.69. .1) and recirculating ball bush with collar (2081.69. .1) are optimally matched to a large number of FIBRO guide pillars. They are suitable for many applications in machine and fixture construction, in automatic production machines, machine tools as well as in tool and mould construction, especially when very large paths (strokes) are present. INNOVATION STRIPPING UNITS POLY STRIP The POLY STRIP wiper units are mounted on the mounting plates for punches. The stripping force created via compression springs holds the sheet during the punching process and prevents it from being pulled up when the punch retracts. An external contour identical to that of the mounting plate allows the cutting elements to be arranged in the smallest possible space. In addition to typical use in tools, this compact design simplifies space-saving use on tool slides. The bronze wiper bush prevents damage and deformation to the sheet metal part, and undesirable silicone deposits on skin panels are also avoided. A long version of the wiper bush makes it possible to add a contour later.

INNOVATION AERIAL CAM UNIT FCC OT-LV-C FURTHER INFORMATION AT Our aerial cam units, 2016.27 FCC-OT-LV-C series, are distinguished due to its extrem compact overall dimensions. They are well suited for tools with small and medium-size strokes per lifetime, and also convince with high working and retraction forces. The gas springs are accessible from the rear of the cam unit in all cam slide units in this series and can be disassembled within the tool. These gas springs with the advanced safety features used in our cam units, provide the best possible safety standards according to the Pressure Equipment Directive.
