Sensors in the tool collect the data and forward it wireless, and a specially developed software analyzes it and initiates corresponding measures. However, the further developed Variant 2.1 offers some features that bring your production a major step forward toward Industry 4.0: The Cloud-based solution makes it possible to monitor multiple tools at the same time – including across sites and departments.
