In 1962, FIBRO launched the world's first indexing table with face gear for the international market: the FIBROTAKT. It was developed for high-precision indexing and is able to withstand high machining loads. A locking mechanism in the FIBROTAKT's face gear ensures high precision and rigidity over the long term. A range of designs and drive types makes it possible to find the perfect solution for any application. The FIBROTAKT built-in indexing table for rotary transfer machines combines the shortest possible cycle times – even with heavy setups – with maximum precision and rigidity.

FIBROTAKT® MONTAGGIO
tavole rotanti

Le tavole rotanti da incasso FIBROTAKT® presentano un modello costruttivo derivato dalla serie collaudata FIBROTAKT® e sono costruite per l’impiego in macchine a moto circolare. Esse sono munite di un dispositivo di blocco del piatto intermittente in una dentatura piana non sollevabile.

Da questo e da ulteriori speciali caratteristiche di esecuzione derivano molti vantaggi per l’utilizzatore:

 

  • Grazie alla forma circolare dell’alloggiamento e al gruppo di azionamento disposto in basso, assenza d’interferenze meccaniche lungo la circonferenza e semplici possibilità di montaggio nell’incastellatura di macchinari
  • Elevata rigidità del piatto intermittente grazie alla dentatura piana con diametro massimo possibile
  • Alta precisione del passo fino a ± 1"
  • Tempi di reazione brevi in presenza di un elevato momento d’inerzia di massa (si vedano anche i dati tecnici!)

 

 

  • Riconoscimento continuo della posizione del piatto intermittente tramite encoder assoluti (Multiturn) nel servomotore, e pertanto nessuna necessità di posizionamento nel punto di riferimento
  • Esecuzione sia con piatto intermittente orizzontale che con piatto intermittente verticale
  • Funzionamento estremamente sicuro grazie ad una tecnica collaudata

DRIVE TYPES

    PNEUMATIC DRIVE

    • Used in the case of small and medium transportation loads, short indexing times and a high indexing frequency

    HYDRAULIC DRIVE

    • Used in the case of high transportation loads, short indexing times and a high indexing frequency

    ELECTRIC DRIVE

    • Used in applications that require shortest indexing times, and small or random indexing steps. Here, each index position can be adjusted in any order within the number of teeth.

    LIFTING/NON-LIFTING TABLE TOP

      LIFTING TABLE TOP

      • During positioning, the table top lifts approx. 3 to 4 mm from the housing.
      • Simple, rigid design and maximum precision

      NON-LIFTING TABLE TOP

      • During positioning, the table top lifts only minimally, less than 0.1 mm, from the housing.
      • Used when large masses must be moved or there is not sufficient space available for the lifting stroke.
      • Built-in rotary table version
