H16 STAMPING LUBRICATING OIL FIBROLIT® Description: Lubricating fluid that evaporates at ambient temperature without residue. No cleaning or degreasing required. This permits subsequent welding, soldering or common surface treatments (a suitability test is nevertheless obligatory). Excellent lubricating effect, resulting in low burr formation and extended service life on the active elements of stamping dies. Note: Application can be carried out by dipping, spraying and rolling. The layer thickness should be as small as possible. The use of wipers ahead of press ingress successfully controls lubricant layer. Drying time depends on temperature and time span. This time is shortened with air or heat drying.
